an additional $10 million to Capital Funding Group, Inc. (CFG),
headquartered in Baltimore, Maryland, for its healthcare loan
investments. The total credit facility of $15 million has now been fully
funded by NHI and matures in April, 2015.
The CFG family of companies represents comprehensive financing solutions
for healthcare facilities, including bridge loans and HUD-insured
mortgages, focusing on the long-term care, assisted living and hospital
sectors. CFG is a leader in the HUD-insured mortgage industry, having
provided nearly $2 billion in mortgages nationwide.
